Stephen Koepfer Sambo Seminar June 4th, 2016. The keys to Leg Locks!

Delaware Jiujitsu had the pleasure to once again have New York Combat Sambo head instructor Stephen Koepfer visit for a three hour seminar. The seminar was praised by all, and included GI and no-GI leg locks including both attacks and defense.
